Targets and Goals

I believe that my Long Range Goal is 250 lbs. That is still overweight for my height, but I think it is in the long rage a realistic expectation.

After doing some research It look like 2400 calories per day would maintain a weight of 250.

So, I will try to stick to an in take of 1500 Calories per day.
