Why you should not leave your Breakfast at Home

The wife and I had decided to go for a walk yesterday after dinner but "severe thunder storms" took that option away. :)

Breakfast

Small Sausage Biscuit (Sheetz) 529 cal (This is what happens when you leave breakfast at home)
Diet Tea: 10 cal.

Lunch

Ham Sandwich on Wheat: 280 cal
Pasta Cup: 220 cal
Chips: 100 cal
Clementine: 40 cal
Diet Orange Soda: 0 cal

Dinner

Chicken Soup: 150 cal.
Peanut Butter Sandwich: 350 cal.
Propel: 10 cal.

Misc.
2 pieces of Orbit Gum: 10 cal

Total for the Day: 1699 cal. - A little over my goal but not too bad.
